The Calliso mobile application (hereinafter: "the App"), operated by Moriah Studio (hereinafter: "the Company", "We", or "Us"), respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

   Basic Personal Information: Full name, email address, and phone number, used for registration, authentication, and profile management.
   Contact List Access: The App requests permission to access your device's contact list. This access is essential to allow you to organize your contacts into "Circles" and manage your communication with them. This information is uploaded securely to our servers solely for the purpose of syncing your Circles and is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
   Usage Data and Statistics: We collect data on the number of calls, call duration, and call timestamps made through the App. This information is used exclusively to display your personal progress metrics (Talk, Goals, and Safe Rings/Badges).
   Motion and Sensor Data: To enable the "Safe Drive" feature, the App may use your device's motion sensors to detect driving status and provide data on safe phone usage (hands-free) during transit.
2. How We Use Information
   The information collected is used for the following purposes only:
   To operate and improve the App's services.
   To calculate and display Progress data (Rings and Badges) and generate Monthly Insights.
   To manage and build the user's personal communication Circles.
   To ensure data security and prevent fraudulent activity.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
   We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Information may be shared with external service providers (such as cloud storage and data hosting services) only as necessary for the technical operation of the App and under strict confidentiality obligations.

   We implement advanced technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data transmission between the App and our servers is performed using industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS).
5. User Rights and Data Deletion
   In compliance with Apple App Store regulations:
   Account Deletion: Users may permanently delete their account at any time through the Settings menu within the App. Upon account deletion, all personal information, contact data, and associated statistics will be permanently removed from our databases.
   Access and Updates: You may edit and update your profile information directly within the App.
